We’re so excited to celebrate with you! For guests traveling to Durham, we’ve listed a few favorite hotels below — all conveniently located downtown and close to the weekend’s festivities.
We recommend booking early, as October is a popular wedding month in Durham.

What is the schedule for the evening?
Here’s the timeline so you can plan your evening:
5:00 – 6:00 PM: Cocktail Hour
6:15 PM: Brief Ceremony
6:30 PM: Dinner is served
7:30 – 11:00 PM: Dancing and celebration
Will the celebration be outdoors?
Yes — our celebration will take place outside. Please bring a light jacket in case of cool weather and wear sensible shoes suitable for grass. We kindly ask that you skip high heels.
What should I wear?
We’re celebrating outdoors in the evening, so semi-formal attire is perfect. Think colorful, festive, and joyful — a chance to wear your favorite polished pieces that make you feel great. Light layers are a good idea in case it’s cool, and shoes that can handle grass will keep you comfortable while dancing the night away.
Will there be parking available?
Due to limited parking at our residence, we encourage guests to use Lyft or Uber. Please reach out in advance if you will require parking.
Can I bring a guest?
